Items will be sent tracked within the following timeframes (often less than the minimum, depending on location and postal conditions). You will receive a tracking number once your item has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders (outside Australia), customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before ordering.
United Kingdom Please note that since Brexit, UK orders may be subject to import VAT and customs fees upon arrival. Orders valued over £135 GBP are likely to incur these charges.
